Booking Portal

cieTrade supports sending large, high resolution emails with packing lists and Users can easily send your container photos and packing list directly from the worksheet.

Emailing container photos and the Container Packing List that is more than 5 MB is now supported on the Shipping Worksheet with the Booking Portal. 

To begin, create a Shipping worksheet for a container export load and link your containers and booking to the worksheet. 

Next, navigate to your documents tab and upload your desired photos to the worksheet. 

Once the desired photos have been uploaded, navigate to the Overview page of the worksheet and select the More Actions tab. Within this drop down, select Send Packing List & Photos. 

This option will prompt you to input the email addresses you wish to send the container Packing List and photos to. You can include a message in the email as well. 

The email recipients will receive a link to the Booking Portal where they will see all attached container images as well as the Container Packing List.  

The Photos tab will show you all photos attached to this Booking with the option to download. 

The Containers tab will include the container information as well as the Packing List.
