How to Handle Multi-Currency Transactions

The native currency of a company is defined at the counterparty level, meaning any future transactions with them will naturally and automatically be set to the currency defined the counterparty was set to. Upon selecting a company on an order or worksheet, the currency that is being used will be displayed next to the company field.

In the event you transact with a company in more than one currency, we recommend setting up an additional counterparty record for each currency they transact in. Then, at the order or worksheet level, you can select the iteration of the company that has the correlating currency that's being used. This will set the currency of the transaction to the currency they use, and are expecting.
