How to quickly send container photos with export documents

cieTrade has built in functionality to make sending container photos with an export packet quick and efficient. 

This tool is available from either the shipping Worksheet or the Booking. The below example is from the Shipping worksheet.

Once the trade details have been entered and you are ready to send the export photos and final document packet to the customer:

1. Click More Actions> Send Packing List & Photos

2. Enter the emails of the contact you want to send the photos and documents to. 

3. This is what the recipients will see

4. Once they click on the link, they will be able to view the container details and photos
