Warehouse Capacity Report

The  Warehouse Capacity report gives you a visual graphic of the current inventory level of your warehouse(s) or the locations in the warehouse based on the maximum capacity that was defined. It can help track your level of materials in a warehouse or other storage facility as a percentage.

To use this report, you must:

1. Have a capacity defined for your warehouse(s) or for individual locations in the warehouse. To define a capacity, navigate to Settings > Warehouses. Here you can define the capacity at the entire warehouse level or at the individual location level:
   1. By Warehouse: then click into any of the existing warehouse and enter a Capacity. 
   2. By Location:

2.  As inventory is received into the warehouse or the location, the Capacity report (under Reports> Warehouse Reports> Warehouse Capacity Report) will show the percentage filled.
