Overdue Statements
cieTrade now has a report that allows you to send an overdue statement to your customers. Navigate to the reports tab and select Statements of Account. Within the Statements of Account, select the downward arrow to choose Only Overdue. This will show customer statements with overdue balances.
Within the report you will need to enter a more than and less than amount of days. Filter your results by department, sales rep, country, or a combination of all three. There is also a section to include an email message with your attached statement.
Your customers with overdue statements will appear based on the search criteria. The inquiry screen will show the customer, primary contact name, primary contact email, and overdue balance amount. Check off the box next to the customers you would like to send the report to. Multiple customers can be selected at once. The email will be sent to the primary contact email address.
The user that sent the statement will be in the CC line of the email to receive a copy of what was sent. This screen also has the ability to generate the Statement of Account with the option to save or print by selecting the PDF icon to the very right of the screen.
