Why are my Receivables not showing?

There are a handful of reasons a seemingly open receivable, may not appear on the Receipts Ledger. The most common causes are:

  1. Worksheet is not in Invoiced status.
  2. Post-Date is in the future.
  3. Already recorded a receipt of full payment.

Solutions:

  1. Double check the status of the worksheet, and ensure that it's in Invoiced status.
  2. Double check the Post-Date of the worksheet. Only receivables with a Post-Date of today will allow you to record a payment against it.
  3. Double check if any payment has already been recorded for the transaction.
