How to Enable Equipment Tracking

Equipment Tracking is an easy way to track bins that you own or rent, update their location (home/onsite) via dispatch tickets, and bring the material into inventory.

To enable the Equipment Tracking tool:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to navigate to your Settings.
  2. Within Preferences > System Options:
    1. Enable 'Enable Equipment Tracking'.
  3. Click Save Settings.

You're done!

From the Dashboard, you will now see the Equipment Tracking module as an option. Within this module is where you will create and manage your pieces of equipment that you are tracking.
