Why can't I edit my Container(s)?

In order to make changes to the Worksheet linked to a Container that is pulled onto a Shipping Worksheet, these are the steps:

  1. Make sure the Shipping Worksheet is in ‘Work’ status (if not, place it back into ‘Work’ status).
    1. If you cannot place it back into Work status, this typically means payment has been received against the Worksheet or the Month has been closed.
  2. Edit the Shipping Worksheet and remove the Container from the list.
  3. Go to the Receiving Ticket in the back end for this container and un-post this receiving ticket (click ‘save.’).
  4. Select the new Purchase Order, click into the product and make sure you click on the product drop down and select the Contract Grade (listed at top).
  5. Once the new Purchase Order & Contract grade is selected, re-post this worksheet.
  6. Go to the Shipping Worksheet and click on the three dot icon next to the Sold As item and pull the Container back onto the worksheet.
