Setting up IP Camera for Receiving Ticket

Login


Use your normal cieTrade.net login credentials. 

Setup


If you download the app you’ll get a “No camera addresses set” warning message when you log in for the first time (I’ve already set up the cameras for the demo room copy). The Camera addresses and names can be set from the Setup page. 

Camera Capture


The “Open Ticket” should display the most recent Receiving Ticket the logged in user viewed in .Net. Simply click on a camera feed to freeze a still image and then click “Save” to attach them to the ticket. If it’s saved without issue you’ll see a popup with a message like “2 images saved to ticket PR-3224”. Once you refresh the page in .Net the images will appear in the documents tab.
