Creating a new Public Trade Ticket

To create a new public trade ticket:

For a new customer, start by adding the new customer please read this article

For existing customers:

1. Under Public Trade> Tickets> +

2. Select the Customer from the drop down menu. This will display information saved to the Customer:

3. Click or tap the grade box to show the grade list

4. The grades in the drop down list are determined by which price list this customer is linked to. 

5. Select the Grades, and enter the gross and tare of the grade. The price and total should automatically display (based on the customers price list)

6. Click Save to complete the grade. 

7. Once you have all of the material graded, change the status of the ticket to COMPLETED and click the save button

8. It will now be on the open ticket inquiry until the Customer is paid and ticket is posted.
