Batch Edit on the Dispatch Board

The Batch Edit feature on the Dispatch Board allows you to 

  • Change the status on multiple tickets
  • Assign a driver to multiple tickets
  • Assign a schedule date & time to multiple tickets

Check off the Dispatches you wish to edit & click 'Batch Edit'

Check the items you wish to change about the tickets & select the desired option from the drop downs:

Once you click 'Apply' you will receive a confirmation message:

Note: Any check box that appears greyed out means that this dispatch ticket has already been referenced on a Billing Sheet and cannot be edited.
