Unit of Measure on the Service Record

cieTrade offers a variety of Unit of Measures to express charges and expenses for your vendors and customers on the service record. 

FLAT - A flat fee that can be used with On Call or Recurring charges. If used with Recurring, this fee will automatically pull in once monthly. If used with On Call, this fee will pull in for every dispatch ticket created for the Service Record in the billing period. 

LBS, KG, ST, MT - These are per weight fees that can be used with On Call or Recurring Charges. If used with Recurring, this fee will automatically pull in once monthly & the weight can be added on the Billing Sheet. If used with On Call, this fee will pull in for every dispatch ticket created for the Service Record in the billing period and the weight can be assigned on each Dispatch ticket or on the Billing Sheet.

SERVICE - This is a flat fee that gets tied to the number of Pickups Per Month entered on the Service Record. This UOM can only be used with recurring charges.

EA - Represents "Each". Use this UOM when you want to charge per item/unit.

HR - This is to record the number of hours that a service takes and the hourly fee for it. NOTE: tracking the number of hours is manually input. The system will only calculate the extension of the hourly rate. 

Note: In the example below, the Weekly Pick Up fee will pull onto the Billing Sheet 4 times each month.
